Alicia Fowler is a generational Idahoan. With many family members born and raised in Idaho this State will always be “home” for her and her family. Alicia has been blessed with an entrepreneurial spirit who is able to take on new challenges and opportunities. When looking for learning and growth moments, Alicia enjoys spending her time in meetings where she is able to make contacts with new acquaintances and hear new ideas. You will also find Alicia taking an online class or researching market trends to keep up with the real estate industry to provide clients with an accurate education.

Volunteerism is a trait that Alicia has instilled into her three, now adult children, that has created a strong family bond and strong relationships with community members. Alicia made the decision to continue serving the current community she lives in as a city councilor and has been in this position since 2018. In 2019 Alicia attended the Idaho real estate school and quickly became a new Idaho licensee. Residing closely to the Oregon border Alicia then went on to receive her Oregon broker license in 2020. Alicia has recently been selected to be a part of the rules and policies committee with the Intermountain Multiple Listing Service organization. 

Alicia has owned and operated multiple small businesses for the past 28 years. Alicia recently sold and retired from being a dance studio owner and teacher after her 27 year run. Where there is a wedding, there is where you will find Alicia dropping some beats as a wedding DJ typically on the weekends.
