Bryce, a Treasure Valley native, grew up in the Nampa-Caldwell area. He graduated from Nampa Christian High, attended the College of Idaho and worked for St. Lukes Hospital in Boise when he wasn’t competing in regional fiddle contests or playing for local events.

His musical interests and desire to explore different cultures led him to Austin, TX where he worked in the service industry and fiddled at local jam sessions and private events. One of the highlights of his Austin years was when his trio got to play for James Michener.

A stint in Bellingham, WA was next for Bryce. While in the area, Bryce was honored to spend time playing violin with the Skagit Symphony, the Whatcom Symphony and the Western Washington University Symphony. Bryce’s primary interest in Real Estate started in Washington with the purchase of his first home in 2006. By 2008, the market had crashed and his home lost much of its value. In 2012, an opportunity to return to Idaho to be among family presented

itself and he rented his house out and moved to Fruitland.

Bryce began his Real Estate career in Idaho and Oregon shortly after coming home. The Bellingham house was sold via short sale and he hasn’t looked back since. While the first home buying experience was not ideal, it instilled in Bryce a desire to bring compassion and understanding to the table when working with clients. His authenticity, past experiences, empathy and honesty insure that he always has his client’s best interest in mind. IDAHO & OREGON.
